Timed tickets are required. Pass holders do not need a timed-entry ticket, but remember to bring your pass and matching photo ID.

UNDER 12 YEARS
Must have a chaperone. Chaperone can remain on the ground.
UNDER 18 YEARS
Must have a waiver signed by parent or natural guardian at the harness house. As required by Florida Statute 744.301, only a Natural Guardian (natural or adoptive parent) may sign a waiver for anyone under 18 years of age to participate on any Treetop Trek course. No other signature is permitted under this statute. [Under 18]
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
36″-60” tall • harness max. __ lbs. with __″ waist & max. __″ leg openings • Remember the course is physically challenging and weather can be extreme • Guests that are pregnant or have underlying health conditions that can put them in danger are strictly prohibited from participating.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Thunderstorms with lightning happen regularly in Florida. For the safety of our guests, Treetop Trek stops all course activities when lightning is detected. We are required to wait 30 minutes after the last bit of lightning is detected before resuming activities. No refunds or rainchecks available if a storm lasts the day. For safety, some courses are closed when wind gusts reach 25 mph or more. [Weather Policy]

NO REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued once a guest clears the orientation area, for weather or for failure to follow course and safety regulations. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in a no call, no show and will be charged the full amount for the original reservation cost. [Refund Policy]
